What is the minimum amount of time I can rent a tool?
Minimum tool rentals duration depends on the tool. Most can be rented for a minimum of 1 week, however, others must be rented for one month. Check out the Tool Rental Page for more details on specific tools.

Will the manufacturer warranty transfer to me if I choose to Rent-to-Own?
Yes, the two-year warranty begins on the first day of your Rent-to-Own contract. Be sure to keep a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase to redeem warranty benefits. If your tool breaks during your warranty period, simply call us at 804-232-3005 or email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to take care of it. All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer inspection.

How far in advance do I need to reserve a rental tool?
The more time you can give us, the better. However, if we have the tool in stock, it can be rented same day. If we do not have the tool in stock, we will do our best to have it available to you within 10 business days.

Do you require a deposit for tool rental reservations?
Yes, we require a deposit of 50% of your first scheduled payment to reserve a tool. This deposit will go towards your payment plan. Tools may be rented same day, but will be subject to availability.

How do I cancel my tool reservation?
To cancel your reservation, please call 304-232-3005 or email us at [email protected] You can cancel your tool rental up to 5 business days in advance with no penalty. If you cancel your tool reservation after that period, you will not be refunded your reservation fee.

What do I do if I damage a rental tool?
If you have damaged your rental tool, call 804-232-3005 or email [email protected] immediately. If you have purchased damage protection, you will not be responsible for any cost and we will get you a replacement as quickly as possible. If you have not purchased damage protection, you will be responsible in full for the cost of repair, or if not fixable, the cost of replacement. Some regular wear and tear damages may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. This is subject to the manufacturer’s inspection.

Can I pay for the Rental or Rent-to-Own with Cash or Check?
No, unfortunately all rentals require a credit/debit card or purchase order number for recurring billing purposes. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club.

Do you offer damage protection for rentals?

Do you offer delivery?
No, we are not able to deliver tools under normal circumstances. However, if necessary, we may be able to deliver with an additional fee.

Does the equipment need to be cleaned before it is returned?
Yes, you are responsible returning the equipment clean. There is a cleaning fee of 15% of the monthly rental cost for any equipment that it not returned cleaned.
