Conditions of Use

Welcome to Nationwide Electric Supply’s online store! We are happy to provide our huge inventory of electrical products to you with the following conditions. If you visit our shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Sales Policy

By placing an order, you (buyer) are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Sales Tax

Buyer is responsible for all taxes that Nationwide Electric Supply Co. may be required to pay to any governmental entity for any applicable transaction. All charges will be added to buyer’s invoice.

Shipping Policy

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges that Nationwide Electric Supply Co. incurs unless otherwise communicated.  All orders less than 150 pounds will be shipped through UPS or USPS. Bulky and overweight orders will be shipped by freight. Packaging and handling fees may also apply. Delivery dates expressed by Nationwide Electric Supply Co. are approximated to the best of our ability but may vary due to carrier limitations.

Limited Warranty
Nationwide Electric Co., Inc. will, at its option, replace or refund the purchase price of a new or reconditioned product sold that proves defective within one year of the sale date, and any EOK used product sold that proves defective within 90 days of the sale date.  Nationwide Electric Supply Co., Inc. assumes no liability for defective goods, including any claims of consequential damages or any attendant labor, repairs, lost time or other expenses incident to the removal and replacement of the defective product, or on account of the use or resale of the product.


Nationwide Electric Supply Co., Inc. DISCLAIMS all expressed or implied warranties, including any implied WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No employee of Nationwide Electric Supply Co., Inc. is authorized to make or assume any greater warranty, liability or responsibility than is herein provided. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY NATIONWIDE ELECTRIC SUPPLY CO., INC., WHETHER NEW OR USED, SHOULD BE INSTALLED AND TESTED FOR PROPER AND SAFE OPERATION PER THE MANUFACTURER’S SPECIFICATIONS BY AN APPROPRIATELY TRAINED LICENSED ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR AND INSPECTED BY THE LOCAL SAFETY AND BUILDING AUTHORITY PRIOR TO BEING PLACED IN SERVICE.

Return Policy

All returns must be approved by a Nationwide Electric sales team member who will assign the buyer a return merchandise number.  Only products that are unused by the buyer may be returned for a refund. New and Reconditioned products are eligible for full refund or credit within 30 days of shipment. Products returned between 30-90 days of shipment are eligible for a full refund or credit less a 10% restocking charge. After 90 days past the shipment date, products are no longer eligible for refund. If a product is returned that has been used by the buyer or has been damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund. Buyer is responsible for costs associated with returning items. Special orders may be subject to suppliers’ restocking and handling fees.

Cancelling Orders

Contact a Nationwide Electric sales team member for an order cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled after the product has been processed for shipping.

Special Order Items

Special order items are items that are not typically kept in stock. These items are subject to the policies of our vendors and therefore, may not be eligible for cancellations or refunds. Special order items require a 100% payment upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.

Product Terms

Nationwide Electric Supply Co. is an authorized dealer of Edison Fuses, Eclipse Tools, Current Tools, Dongan Transformers, Band n Go, Bolt-Star, and Franklin Controls (Formerly Cerus Industrial).

We are not authorized dealers for all other manufacturers’ products that we sell on our site.

Nationwide Electric Supply Co. does its best to provide the best and most accurate information in our field. However, Nationwide does not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, and information given by our sales staff is current, complete, and accurate. Buyer assumes all liability in researching, purchasing, and installing the correct product for their application. Recommendations given by Nationwide Electric staff are given based on customer descriptions and are not grounds to waive any fees associated with cancelling or returning a product.

New Products

New products have not been used or in service and may or may not come in the original manufacturer’s box.  These products have been sourced outside of typical distribution groups from qualified suppliers.

Used Products

Used products are products, such as electronics, that cannot be reconditioned. They are sold “as-is” and may not eligible for cancellation or return.

Reconditioned Products

Reconditioned products have been previously used and in service. Each product has been cleaned, tested, and inspected by our knowledgeable and experienced staff. New labels may be applied to worn or faded parts for identification purposes.

Additional Terms

All customers and vendors agree to the terms and conditions printed on all Nationwide forms including, but not limited to: invoices, quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.

Credit Terms

With an approved credit application, a customer account may be set up. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due in full 30 days from the date of the invoice. All past due charges will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month. Nationwide Electric Supply Co. reserves the right to require partial or full payment in advance of delivery.

Repair Policy

Nationwide Electric Supply Co. offers repair services for special case circumstances. Please speak to a Nationwide team member for more details.
